3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. Cardiagtech is not responsible for these additional charges or delays caused by customs processing.

4. Order Tracking

5. Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will require photos of the damaged product and packaging to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

In the event of a lost or missing package, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us for assistance. Cardiagtech is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Cardiagtech is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some items may have shipping restrictions due to regulatory or carrier limitations. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you at checkout or via email.
